Janet Denton’s passion for all things aviation blossomed when she took her first flight in a General Aviation (G.A.) airplane. Fast forward ten years, and Janet is an airline pilot, with an impressive list of FAA credentials to her name.
Unlike many professional pilots, Janet has not forgotten her G.A. roots, and thoroughly enjoys instructing – she was named CFI of the year in 2014 by the Las Vegas FSDO. She is a ATP, CFI, CFII, and MEI. Additionally, Janet has gone through many type club instructor training courses to include Mooney and Cirrus.
When she’s not instructing or carrying paying passengers, you may find Janet flying Young Eagles, or in close proximity to other airplanes (she’s a “carded” Wingman); or flying floatplanes, just for fun.
