Chennault Flying Service Diamond DA42 Multi-Engine Flight Training in Las Vegas

Multi-Engine

The FAA Multi-Engine Add-On rating gives you the ability to fly aircraft with more than one engine - a vital step for pilots seeking to expand their skills and unlock more professional flying opportunities. Whether you are pursuing an airline career or looking to operate larger, more capable aircraft, the multi-engine rating sets you apart.

With our FAA Part 141 approved syllabus, you’ll complete the training in a structured, efficient way that focuses on safety, proficiency, and professional standards. This course generally takes around 8-days. Unlike many schools that simply teach the checkride maneuvers, we go beyond by training you in real-world multi-engine operations, systems management, and the decision-making skills required for professional flying.

Our Multi-Engine training is conducted in our Diamond DA42s. These twin engine aircraft are the most modern twin multi trainer on the market. They include FADEC Diesel Engines with single lever power control. In addition, the engines are completely computer controlled. They also include the Garmin G1000 avionics suite. This is as close to the ease an operation of a jet aircraft as you can get.

With this rating, you’ll be ready for opportunities in charter, corporate, and airline flying — and you’ll stand out to employers as a well-trained, professional aviator.
