PILOT MAGNET ACADEMY
Our partnership with Rancho High Schools' Magnet Academy Pilot Program allows High School students to earn their Private Pilot License. Students will also receive $2,000 towards their license once endorsed by our instructors for their first solo Cross Country flight.
AVIATION MAGNET PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This program is for students who want to fly!
Students will learn about all topics in aviation and aerospace, and content/skills specific for pilots. The goal for all Aviation Pilot (Technology) students is to pass the official FAA Private Pilot written exam in 11th grade. This step allows students to enter senior year class: "Pilot Training". Students have the option to earn a Private Pilot License while still in high school, or learn to fly drones.
